Ordering and Shipping Policy:

1. Orders-Once an order is submitted, we cannot change, delete or add any items to the order. This is done to avoid mistakes and to have the order processed as quickly as possible. However, if an item is out of stock, we will contact you to notify you of a replacement.

2. Credit Card Orders- We may contact you if the amount is reasonably high or the billing and shipping addresses are different. We may request a copy of some form of identification (such as a driver’s license or credit card) to be faxed or emailed to us. This is done for your protection and to avoid fraud. Fraud is a prevalent problem today, but we are committed to ensuring your protection.

3. Returns- You have 14 days from the time the package was delivered to request a refund. Please send items back to Exceptional Fragrances 9801 Lanham Severn Road #934 Lanham, MD 20706 for a refund. If the wrong item was sent, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and ship the correct items immediately. If the error made is on your part, you are responsible for returning the items back, once items are received, we will issue a refund. Orders that arrive damaged will require pictures of the damaged items, packaging material, and the package/box used. Not providing these pictures will result in a denied insurance claim. Notification of the damaged order and pictures of damage listed above are required to be e-mailed within 2 days of delivery. Failure to provide proof of damage will result in a denied insurance claim and items will not be replaced.

4. Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@Xceptionalfragrance.com and send your item with a copy of the invoice to: 639801 Lanham Severn Road #934 Lanham, MD 20706.

5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. If any errors or shortages occur on our part, you have 48 hours upon delivery of your order to contact us so we may correct the situation. Any claims made after that will be denied, so please inspect your package carefully upon receipt. If an error or shortage does occur, we will correct it immediately.
7. NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR CREDITED.

8. Freight Damage – A claim of freight damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The claim must be made to the freight carrier and to Exceptional Fragrances. We guarantee that all products leave our warehouse packed safely. However, damages do occasionally happen during transit.
9. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices in effect at time of shipment shall apply.

10. Exceptional Fragrance llc. is not responsible for the products you create from our supplies. You alone are responsible for product and recipe testing to ensure compatibility, safety, and desired outcome.

Terms of Use Agreement

This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the standards of use of the Exceptional Fragrances llc. Online Service. By using the www.Xceptionalfragrance.com website you (the “Member”) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at www.XceptionalFragrance.com website. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.

1. Description of Service
Exceptional Fragrances is providing Member with access to www.XceptionalFragrance.com. Member must provide (1) all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, including computer and modem and (2) provide for Member’s access to the Internet, and (3) pay any fees relate with such connection.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties.
The site is provided by Exceptional Fragrances on an “as is” and on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Exceptional Fragrances makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this web site in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. Exceptional Fragrances shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of this Website. Exceptional Fragrances disclaims all warranties with regard to the information provided, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; therefore the above-referenced exclusion is inapplicable.
3. Limitation of Liability
EXCEPTIONAL FRAGRANCES SHALL NOT be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular EXCEPTIONAL FRAGRANCES shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to this web site or the information contained in it, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law, or otherwise, even if EXCEPTIONAL FRAGRANCES has been advised of the possibility of such damages. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS IS INAPPLICABLE.
4. Indemnification
Member agrees to indemnify and hold Exceptional Fragrances, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Member’s use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by Member, or other user of the Service using Member’s computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.
5. Modifications and Interruption to Service
Exceptional Fragrances reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member. Exceptional Fragrances shall not be liable to Member or any third party should Exceptional Fragrances exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Member acknowledges and accepts that Exceptional Fragrances does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
6. Third-Party Sites
Our website may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those third-party sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such sites. While Exceptional Fragrances makes every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate, we can make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or reliability of any information provided on this website.
Exceptional Fragrances makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to any product provided or offered by any Vendor, and you acknowledge that any reliance on representations and warranties provided by any Vendor shall be at your own risk.
8. Governing Jurisdiction of the Courts Maryland
Our website is operated and provided in the State of Maryland. As such, we are subject to the laws of the State Maryland, and such laws will govern this Terms of Use, without giving effect to any choice of law rules. We make no representation that our website or other services are appropriate, legal or available for use in other locations. Accordingly, if you choose to access our site you agree to do so subject to the internal laws of the State Maryland.

Member assumes all knowledge of applicable law and is responsible for compliance with any such laws. Member may not use the Service in any way that violates applicable state, federal, or international laws, regulations or other government requirements. Member further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
11. Copyright and Trademark Information
Exceptional Fragrances does not make any claim regarding the scents found on this site to be from or created by a specific manufacturer. The name, trademarks, and copyrights are properties of the respective manufacturers and/or designers. Exceptional Fragrances has no affiliation with these manufacturers/designers. We only interpret these fragrances through chemical analysis with the purpose of providing the customer with the idea of scent character. There is no intent to mislead or confuse the customer to believe these fragrances are from a specific manufacturers or company. There is no intent to infringe on the manufacturers/ designer’s name and valuable trademark. We do not state that our fragrances oils are original, nor do we represent that the fragrance oils we carry as exact copies.
Any references to brand names are made strictly for comparison. This Website as no affiliation to and is not associated or sponsored by any of fragrance trademark owner.
These are perfume oils and not original perfumes or colognes. All of our fragrances are high quality, persistent and do not contain alcohol.
Any use of materials on the website, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or replication, any form of data extraction or data mining, or other commercial exploitation of any kind, without prior written permission of an authorized member of Exceptional Fragrances is strictly prohibited. Customers should purchase products from Exceptional Fragrances LLC. with the clear understanding that all products must be used at the customers own discretion and only after referencing Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and all other relevant technical information specific to the product. The Exceptional Fragrances. shall not be held responsible for any damages to property or for any adverse physical effects (including injury or bodily harm) caused by insufficient knowledge or the improper use of a product.
12.Please note, Exceptional Fragrances products and oils are not to be taken internally.

13. Notification of Claimed Copyright Infringement

14. Botnets
Exceptional Fragrances retains the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate any accounts involved with botnets and related activities. If any hostnames are used as command and control points for botnets, Exceptional Fragrances reserves the right to direct the involved hostnames to a honeypot, loopback address, logging facility, or any other destination at our discretion.

15. Other Terms
If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent. You agree that this Terms of Use Agreement and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by Exceptional Fragrances., in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition. This Terms of Use Agreement shall apply in addition to, and shall not be superseded by, any other written agreement between us in relation to your participation as a Member. Member agrees that by accepting this Terms of Use Agreement, Member is consenting to the use and disclosure of their personally identifiable information and other practices described in our Privacy Policy Statement[if applicable].
